Senior Manager Customer Experience

Isilumko Staffing is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer experience efforts. As a Senior Manager Customer Experience, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer experience strategies
  • Supervise and enhance customer interactions to ensure positive experiences
  • Develop and maintain customer experience metrics and KPIs
  • Provide advisory role to missions and teams
  • Train and guide the marketing community on customer experience best practices
Requirements
  • Advanced Diploma/Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Customer Experience relevant Certification
  • 3-5 years management experience
  • 7-10 years' experience in the Customer Experience Role
