Main Objectives:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring a deep understanding of their requirements.
  2. Establish and maintain open communication channels with clients, fostering trust and loyalty.
  3. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling price negotiations, customized solutions, and issue resolution.
  4. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity, sharing insights with the Sales Manager/ Sector Head.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate client databases, ensuring timely documentation and records management.
  6. Ensure effective classification of client information for efficient retrieval and compliance with document retention strategies.
  7. Collaborate with the Sales Manager/ Sector Head to create Account Plans, identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer retention.
  8. Provide regular sales and service statistics to the Sales & Service Manager/ Sector Head.
  9. Foster close relationships with Sector Heads to capitalize on identified opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
