Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Reception Manager to join our team at HR Genie. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for ensuring a positive first impression for our members and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Welcome Desk/Reception area to maximize member satisfaction and provide a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with club administration tasks as needed, including cash management and communication with members and staff.
  • Train and supervise the Receptionist to ensure they are equipped to handle their responsibilities.
  • Monitor access and overrides for staff and members, and maintain accurate records.
  • Resolve member complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Ability to motivate staff and lead by example, with a strong focus on customer service.
  • Advanced administrative skills, including accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with members and staff at all levels.
  • Intermediate PC skills and ability to work with various software systems.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Previous experience in a front desk or welcome desk position is an added advantage.
