Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Support the Campus Operational Manager with office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.).
  • Promptly receive clients and provide operational support as required.
  • Maintain a neat and tidy frontline desk and communal reception/client space.
  • Support client queries.
  • Be a back-up Testing Centre Administrator.
  • Data capturing of data cards for Sales.
  • Support on Health and Safety at the campus.
Experience, Qualifications and Competencies:

Qualifications: Matric or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field is an advantage.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and front line support.

Competencies: Customer focus, excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficient in Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM software is a plus.
