We're seeking a skilled Customer Support Technician who shares these values and can work collaboratively with Technical Support Experts to prioritize customers' needs with a technical savvy mindset.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Efficiently resolving customer issues, minimizing time and effort required for resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Closely working with Team Leads to review and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as schedule adherence, Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), and Service Levels.
To succeed in this position, you must effectively balance your personal strengths and skill sets, receive constructive coaching, and focus on making customers happy.
Key Requirements- A high school diploma or equivalent education.
- At least one year of experience in a call center setting.
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
- An English language proficiency level of B2 or above.
