About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Liaison to join our support services team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to senior team members and handling various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by welcoming and ushering customers in the building
* Plan, organize, and prioritize administrative activities on a daily basis
* Attend to calls on the switchboard with professionalism and a friendly demeanor
* Assist senior team members with daily tasks and project management
* Handle administrative duties such as preparing documents and managing correspondence
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements

Requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment
* Strong prioritization and organizational skills
* High level of customer service awareness and adaptability
