A leading organisation is seeking a Service Desk Specialist to provide top-tier support in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Logging and managing support tickets efficiently.
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Generating internal and external reports.
  • Monitoring links and managing faults through internal processes.
  • Collaborating with resolver groups and vendors to drive issue resolution.
  • Dispatching Field Support Technicians when required.
  • Providing first-call resolution where possible.
  • Ensuring timely and professional communication with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong technical acumen (CCNA certification is desirable).
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts.
  • Excellent English communication and report-writing skills.
  • The ability to work in a 24/7 shift environment.
  • A proactive approach with good judgment and teamwork skills.
