Key Responsibilities- Operational Service Delivery: Provide day-to-day operational service delivery in line with client Service Level Agreements and Pricing Schedules.
- HR Generalist and Administration: A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in HR generalist and administration.
- Payroll Management: Checking, verification, and approval of pre-extract reports from Payroll.
- Transportation Coordination: Coordinate transportation for assignees and obtain approval from the client.
- Payslip Distribution: Distribute payslips weekly/monthly to assignees.
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legislative requirements, SOP's, and corporate governance.
- Job Requisition: Ensure correct job requisition is received from the Client.
- Payroll Data Processing: Ensure payroll department is presented with accurate payroll data processed within deadline.
- Assignee Briefing: Ensure that Assignees are briefed regarding transport arrangements, address, times, etc.
- Protective Equipment: Ensure that protective equipment and related documentation is issued.
- Shift Staffing: Ensure that shifts are fully staffed as per client requirements.
- Resource Centre Relationship: Establish a relationship with the Resource Centre.
- Payroll Queries: Keep a record of payroll queries and provide reports to the Client.
- Candidate Feedback: Provide feedback to Resource Centre on candidates supplied.
- Client Communication: Understand client requirements and ensure daily communication is maintained with the client in terms of operational service delivery requirements.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain relationships with key client management contacts.
- Client Meetings and Visits: Attend client meetings and conduct regular client visits.
- Business Development: Develop awareness of client future business needs, identify potential opportunities, and communicate.
- Invoice Delivery: Responsible for ensuring on-time and accurate invoice delivery to clients.
- Credit Control: Continuously follow up and engage with clients and Credit Control to ensure that invoices are paid timeously and within payment terms.
- Client Invoice Queries: Ensure that all client invoice queries are dealt with timeously in liaison with Credit Control and/or escalated as necessary.
- Expenditure Monitoring: Monitor expenditure with regard to PPE, medicals, etc., and ensure that costs do not exceed the parameters of the Pricing Schedule provisions.
