Position Overview

As a vital member of our team, you will cultivate trust-based relationships with a designated portfolio of clients, gaining a comprehensive understanding of their essential needs and expectations. Your role will focus on enhancing existing customer relationships by consistently proposing tailored solutions that align with their objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain effective, long-term relationships with senior-level decision-makers and influencers within assigned customer accounts, including major strategic clients across various industries.
  • Identify, develop, and successfully close renewal opportunities alongside new sales prospects through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Generate demand for our products and services by elevating their visibility among customers.
  • Meet revenue goals by increasing account spend through renewals, upsells, and cross-selling strategies.
  • Conduct regular strategy and status meetings with senior management of clients to comprehend their needs and connect them with our product/service value propositions.
  • Function as a generalist within the Account/Relationship Management domain, potentially integrating with other disciplines.
  • Engage directly with clients to negotiate terms related to products and services.
  • Continuously enhance your understanding of the business landscape, financials, products/services, market dynamics, and client requirements.

Qualifications

  • Experience in government sales.
  • Background in software sales.
  • Familiarity with the industry is advantageous.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a similar capacity.
  • High school diploma (essential).
  • Sales or Marketing qualification (preferred).
