Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Experience Director to join our team at ACB Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned retail professional to lead our customer experience strategy and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a customer-centric strategy to enhance the overall shopping experience and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with store management to analyze customer behavior, preferences, and pain points to inform strategic decisions.
  • Provide training and coaching to sales assistants on customer service best practices and ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • Analyze customer feedback and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address them.
  • Work closely with the regional CX manager and operations manager to align customer experience goals with business objectives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role in fashion retail.
  • Demonstrated track record of driving business growth through customer-centric initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Fluent English language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
