  • Leverage your expertise to lead and motivate a team of agents who have combined sales and customer service experience to achieve and exceed targets and goals.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to capitalize on market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to sales agents, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their full potential.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.
