Customer Success Director

About This Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Director to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing key customers, maximizing sales opportunities, and contributing to the overall growth in sales volumes and product mix.
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years relevant and proven management experience in the FMCG environment, as well as a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- A Bachelor's degree or NQF equivalent in Sales, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with a valid driver's license and own transport.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative, and appropriate solutions.
- Attend to all queries in a professional manner, following and implementing company policies and audit requirements.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the field teams to ensure successful on-shelf availability through external merchandising partners.
- Interact with customers at store and regional levels, implement customer sales budgets and targets, and maintain consistent customer engagement.
