Requirements

To succeed as a Sales Excellence Manager, you will require:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience in FMCG environment at a managerial/supervisory level
  • Relevant diploma/degree at NQF level 6 or 7
  • Code 8 driver's license
  • Strong sales management and decision-making skills
  • Effective communication (verbal & written) and analysis/problem-solving skills
  • Computer literacy and business acumen
  • Commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Pro-active thinking and leadership skills
  • Planning and organizing skills with negotiation abilities
  • Experience in sales/retail/business development is essential
