We are looking for a skilled Communication Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating communication within our service or support environment.
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Ticket Management
- Administration
- Reporting
- Quality Control
- SLA Management
- Direct User Communication
About You:
- 1-2 years of administrative work experience in a Service Desk or similar role
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Attention to Detail
- Self-sufficiency
Requirements:
- Grade 12 qualification
- Soft Skills
- Computer and MS Office Literacy (Administrative Certificate)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL Foundation V3 certification
- A+ and N+ certifications
Working Conditions:
- Permanent position based in Sandton
- Office environment with accessible floors
- Physical demands: bound to sitting at a desk
- Valid driver's license and own transport required
Earnings:
R 220,000 per annum, depending on experience
