We are looking for a skilled Communication Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating communication within our service or support environment.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of administrative work experience in a Service Desk or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
  • Attention to Detail
  • Self-sufficiency

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 qualification
  • Soft Skills
  • Computer and MS Office Literacy (Administrative Certificate)
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • ITIL Foundation V3 certification
    • A+ and N+ certifications

Working Conditions:

  • Permanent position based in Sandton
  • Office environment with accessible floors
  • Physical demands: bound to sitting at a desk
  • Valid driver's license and own transport required

Earnings:

R 220,000 per annum, depending on experience
