To provide Operational administrative support to the team, and project governance administration service to project team members. The Operations and Project administrator will be responsible to manage and maintain the SanlamAllianz General Insurance JIRA projects and provide the relevant progress reports. Prepare and distribute meeting minutes. What will make you successful in this role?
- Tacking risk and issue logs and changing control data
- Supports the team in planning, executing and completing projects
- Responsible for various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, tracking progress and communicating with team members
- Developing and maintaining effective communication systems within the teams
- Manage the logs on SSP and JIRA to ensure the agreed SLA’s are met
- Ensure the various portals are updated with the relevant information
- Assisting and advising team members on procedures, disciplines and recoding and reporting requirements Qualification and Experience
- 2 years of experience within a project, administrative or operational role
- Financial Services experience will be preferable
- Well-developed skills in MS Office suite
- Knowledge of JIRA and PPO will be an advantage Knowledge and Skills
- Ability to analyse and integrate information
