  • Design and plan bespoke itineraries for discerning guests.
  • Manage the reservation process from quote to finalization, including invoicing and travel documentation.
  • Communicate effectively with agents, sales teams, and preferred supplier partners.
  • Work flexible hours, including early and late shifts, and participate in emergency duty on a rotational basis.
  • Proactively sell products and services to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the travel industry and its channels.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, WETU, Tourplan, and ESS.
  • Knowledge of travel industry terms and conditions, product knowledge, and third-party destinations.
  • Calm and professional demeanor when interacting with agents and guests.
  • Problem-solving skills and creativity in crafting unique guest experiences.
  • Understanding of different markets and the ability to create and formulate business strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the travel industry, particularly in South Africa, Southern, and East Africa.
