Main Responsibilities:

• Educate healthcare professionals on specific products, fostering a deeper understanding of their benefits.

• Drive market share growth by outperforming competitors through clinical evidence.

• Implement and execute marketing strategies for the brand, ensuring a strong presence in the market.

• Timely and effectively make appointments with doctors, leveraging the power of personal connections.

• Achieve significant increases in product market shares through targeted efforts.

• Collaborate closely with the sales counterpart to ensure seamless availability and coordination.

Key Performance Indicators:

• Consistently achieve 9 calls per day, showcasing exceptional communication skills.

• Maintain a daily appointment ratio of 5% or more, highlighting effective time management and planning.

• Monitor and report customer split (specialist and GP split) to inform strategic decisions.

• Visit 90% of customers every cycle (6 weeks), ensuring consistent engagement and relationship-building.

• Grade customers (80% of customers either A) most important doctors, B) second most important doctors, or C) additional doctors), providing valuable insights.

• Limit day trips to a 120km radius, optimizing travel efficiency.

• Provide regular updates on products, staying ahead of the curve and addressing customer needs.

• Achieve a minimum of 85% on product assessments on a quarterly basis, demonstrating expertise and quality.

• Complete weekly planners, expenses, and plan country trips, ensuring administrative tasks are handled professionally.

• Document daily calls with comments on Repwise, fostering transparency and accountability.

• Analyze data on Power BI and define plans per customer, driving data-driven decision-making.

• Achieve script targets for each product, showcasing sales acumen and dedication.

• Develop and execute strategies for the brand, driving growth and success.

Minimum Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree within the medical field (BSc), providing a solid foundation for success.

• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

• Exhibit basic understanding of Microsoft Office, ensuring seamless integration with daily tasks.

• Showcase ability to work under pressure, managing stress and deadlines effectively.

• Display strong-mindedness, fostering resilience and adaptability.

• Demonstrate self-discipline, prioritizing tasks and maintaining focus.

• Highlight good time management skills, ensuring efficient use of time.

• Monitor and report customer split (GP and Specialists) daily, informing strategic decisions.

• Achieve a minimum of 85% on product assessments on a quarterly basis, demonstrating expertise and quality.

• Submit administrative documents accurately, comprehensively, and in a timely manner.

• Achieve market share targets for each product, showcasing sales acumen and dedication.
