Business Relationship Manager

This role plays a pivotal part in building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with healthcare professionals (GPs) and pharmacists. The position focuses on coordinating interactions, facilitating knowledge-sharing, managing events, and ensuring seamless communication between HCPs and Ultra Personnel.
The Business Relationship Manager will be responsible for pharmacy engagement and training to ensure optimal understanding and adoption of our healthcare solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and maintain robust relationships with GPs and pharmacists.
- Act as the primary point of contact for doctors and pharmacists, providing access to relevant experts and resources.
- Facilitate face-to-face and virtual meetings between HCPs, pharmacists, and Medical Product Lead (MPL).
- Proactively follow up on HCP and pharmacist queries and ensure timely responses.
- Keep stakeholders informed about key events, congresses, and industry updates.
- Develop and implement effective pharmacy engagement strategies to enhance product knowledge and patient support.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for pharmacy staff, equipping them with product and treatment insights.
- Provide ongoing support to pharmacy teams and address queries.
- Collaborate with sales and medical teams (MPL) to ensure alignment between pharmacist training and business objectives.
- Organize and manage small-scale events, webinars, and knowledge-sharing sessions for HCPs and pharmacists.
- Coordinate schedules for in-person and virtual engagements, ensuring smooth execution.
- Work closely with marketing, medical, and sales teams to align event messaging with business objectives.
- Maintain an ongoing dialogue with HCPs and pharmacists to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Ensure that all engagement activities deliver value to stakeholders and Ultra Personnel.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders to enhance engagement and training strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize outreach efforts and ensure alignment.
- Maintain accurate records of HCP and pharmacist interactions, events, and engagement activities.
- Assist in refining the HCP and pharmacy engagement database to enhance targeting and outreach.
- Support in updating engagement plans as new team members join, and strategies evolve.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, Communications or similar.
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years pharmaceutical sales experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; ability to engage with pharmacists, HCPs, and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to coordinate multiple interactions and follow up proactively.
- Experience in pharmacy training and engagement; ability to educate and support pharmacy teams.
- Event coordination experience; managing logistics, invitations, and execution.
- Proactive and detail-oriented; ability to track engagement activities and refine strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with medical, sales, and marketing teams.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital communication tools and virtual event platforms.
