Account Relationship Manager

Role OverviewThis role involves managing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and maintaining sound relations with clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to analyze situations critically, and have a keen interest in technical operations.
Core Responsibilities- New Business Development: Negotiate with clients for trading terms and meet their needs according to proposed timelines.
- Client Management: Develop a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company, and maintain sound relations with all clients.
- Problem Solving: Resolve key client issues and complaints, and anticipate key account changes and improvements.
- Experience: At least 5 years sales and customer service experience or within a similar role in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Must have Grade 12, Matric or NQF4 equivalent qualification, a relevant tertiary qualification, and a project management related course (advantageous).
- Skills: Experience in managing a client database with face-to-face interaction, ability to critically analyze situations, good planning and time management skills, and excellent computer knowledge (all MS Office packages).
