Client Relationship Manager and Strategist

This is a unique opportunity to join a leading company in the FMCG industry and contribute to the growth and success of our clients. As a Customer Success Consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, priorities, and investment decisions.
You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships, increasing NPS, and driving adoption of NielsenIQ tools and capabilities. You will also leverage the breadth of NielsenIQ product portfolio by developing strong relationships with analytic associates across our business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience of analyzing data in an FMCG environment, strong planning and servicing skills, and excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities- Lead Joint Business Plan process, defining strategic service delivery elements, and collaborating with other commercial functions to incorporate analytic and data quality elements into Joint Business Plan.
- Leverage existing NielsenIQ tools to advance Customer business objectives through strategic thought leadership and flawless execution.
- Build a network of effective and meaningful relationships at all levels to maximize business opportunities.
