  • Coordinate and schedule consultations with internal staff members for various occupational and primary healthcare needs
  • Maintain schedules of legislative medical requirements, including annual and periodic medicals for staff members
  • Create, prepare, update, and maintain patient folders
  • Complete and submit WCA/COIDA claim forms
  • Manage medical supplies and medication, maintaining detailed records
  • Manage the reception area, welcoming patients, and handling queries
  • Liaise with external service providers, including optometrists, pathology services, specialists, hospitals, pharmacies, and public clinics
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as typing referral letters, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, and processing invoices

  • Grade 12 or equivalent
  • Secretarial/Office Administration course Diploma/Certificate
  • At least 5-8 years' experience in a similar role
