Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD in Cape Town. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Plant Manager and assist in managing various administrative and financial duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Plant Manager and assist in managing various administrative and financial duties.
  • Control the purchase order system and manage HR queries, documentation, and administrative functions.
  • Assist with employee training and development programs and manage administrative and payroll functions.
  • Perform general secretarial functions, including typing, filing, and record keeping.
  • Assist in managing the SHEQ system and provide reports as required for contract and project progress meetings.
  • Perform other duties as required, including store management, stock take, and related tasks.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 qualification and tertiary qualification with further studies or courses relevant to administration and management skills.
  • Proven experience in a position requiring office administration and document control, including verbal and written communication skills.
  • High competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Access, email, internet, and other relevant computer software.
  • Friendly disposition towards clients and customers and fellow workers.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Ability to work overtime or abnormal hours as required.
