Administrative Coordinator/Executive Assistant

Village N Life is a leading local tourism and hospitality group that prides itself on delivering exceptional experiences. We're seeking an Administrative Coordinator/Executive Assistant to join our team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to senior executives, including scheduling, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Manage and coordinate executive schedules, meetings, and events.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Serve as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Oversee office administration tasks to ensure efficient operation.
- Assist with event planning, client liaison, and project management.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Business, Project Management, Marketing, or related fields advantageous.
- Minimum of 1-2 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role or field of experience.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Professional demeanor and the ability to work under pressure.
