**Job Title:** Administrative Assistant - Accounts Management

**Job Description:**Key Responsibilities

  • Accounts Management: Manage debtors and creditors accounts using Xero Accounting software, ensuring timely payments and accurate record-keeping.
  • General Administration: Perform various office administration tasks, including data capturing, filing, and maintaining organized systems.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**Essential Requirements

  • Proficiency in Xero Accounting and strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Previous experience in debtors/creditors management and general administration
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
