We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at OVK - Group in the beautiful Northern Cape region.

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to lead sales and marketing efforts, promoting our products and services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare transactions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Develop and execute effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
  • Manage trade-ins according to Auto Mark standards, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate stock levels and manage sales transactions efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional administration support to ensure smooth business operations.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills, with a proven track record of success in sales and marketing.

Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • A valid driver's license.

Additional Requirements include: sound communication and language skills in Afrikaans and English, computer literacy (MS Office), and proficiency in conflict handling and financial skills.

Working Conditions

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, based on experience and performance.
