New Business Opportunity Developer
Company Overview:E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD is a leading staffing agency that provides top-notch talent to various industries.
Salary:R600,000 - R900,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description:This role will seek out new opportunities to grow and develop the brand and increase network size in the Northern Cape cluster, to acquire new fuel sites and other business opportunities for the group of companies within the cluster. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, marketing, and new business ventures, as well as compiling a territory business plan and call agenda.
- The successful candidate will scan the Group territory to identify potential new locations for new retail service stations, truck stops, or commercial installations.
- They will also identify potential sites within the region, including retail and commercial spaces.
- Key Responsibilities include calling on potential owners, developers, or managers for potential business opportunities, compiling business proposals, and conducting market research in requirements within the region.
The ideal candidate should have SA Oil industry experience, property and/or retail experience, and be able to travel on a regular basis. A strong understanding of market research and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in English and/or Afrikaans.
- The successful candidate must be able to think and act strategically in the best interests of the company.
- Able to work independently and self-disciplined, as the role is often done remotely or whilst travelling.
