About the Role

E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD is seeking a highly skilled Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in Northern Cape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Identify and engage business stakeholders to build relationships and generate new opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game.
  • Negotiate and close new business deals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to drive the values of the business.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales or business development.
  • Knowledge of the Petroleum/Energy Sector and market trends.
  • Good understanding of the complete value chain from sales, financing, to operation & maintenance.
  • Advanced communication skills and negotiation skills.
  • High personal drive, independent work style, result-oriented, and open to changing environments.
  • Proven analytical skills.
  • English and Afrikaans language proficiency.
