The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring HR operations run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates
- Maintaining applicant tracking system and ensuring data accuracy
- Coordinating pre-employment checks, such as reference and background checks
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A Human Resources Degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 Years HR Generalist experience
- Strategic Business Perspective
- Current Labour Legislation knowledge
Salary Range:
R175,000 - R225,000 per annum, depending on experience
