Staff Unlimited Recruitment Pty Ltd T/A MPC Recruitment Group EC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Human Resource Officer to manage day-to-day operations and oversee human resources duties in Gqeberha.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, providing HR support, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment, and promoting a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration Functions
  • Office Management: Manage the office environment to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Travel & Logistics Coordination: Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for employees and clients.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of employee information and company documents.
  • Procurement and Budgeting: Manage procurement processes and maintain budgets for administrative expenses.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by implementing health and safety protocols.
  • Human Resources Functions
  • Recruitment and Onboarding & Employee Records and Documentation: Coordinate recruitment efforts, onboard new employees, and maintain accurate records of employee documentation.
  • Employee Relations and Support: Foster positive employee relations and provide support to employees as needed.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate employee performance to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Compliance and Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws, employee rights, and HR best practices.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Administer payroll and benefits for employees.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in administration and human resources, preferably in a non-profit or similar sector.
  • Solid understanding of labor laws, employee rights, and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary:

R200,000 - R250,000 per annum, depending on experience.
