Human Resources Coordinator

Job Overview:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative functions and overseeing human resources duties within the organization. This includes ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, providing HR support, managing employee records, coordinating recruitment, and promoting a positive and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administration Functions:
- Office Management: Ensuring the office is well-organized and running efficiently.
- Travel & Logistics Coordination: Arranging travel and logistics for employees as needed.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Procurement and Budgeting: Managing procurement and budgeting processes.
- Health and Safety: Ensuring a safe working environment.
- Human Resources Functions:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Coordinating the recruitment process and onboarding new employees.
- Employee Relations and Support: Providing HR support and maintaining positive employee relations.
- Training and Development: Developing and implementing training programs.
- Performance Management: Conducting performance reviews and evaluations.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Payroll & Benefits Administration: Managing payroll and benefits administration.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, social sciences, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in administration and human resources, preferably in a non-profit or similar sector.
- Solid understanding of labor laws, employee rights, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems) and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
