Temporary Reception Operator Job Description

Forbtech Pty Ltd is seeking a highly organized and professional Temporary Reception Operator to manage our front desk and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Zoho CRM and possess excellent communication and administrative skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Manage emails, respond to inquiries, and ensure efficient communication.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitor and client information using Zoho CRM.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meeting room bookings using Zoho Calendar.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, document handling, and maintaining the reception area.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Reception Operator or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using Zoho CRM and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • A professional and courteous demeanor.
