Accounts Coordinator

At Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Process Pro Forma Invoices and ensure timely payment
- Manage invoicing of orders and assist in releasing orders once payment is received
- Follow up on back orders and notify customers and management
- Perform reception duties as required
- Assist with stock take and inventory management
- Manage Debtors/Creditors function, including daily allocations, statements, collections, age analysis, weekly projections, customer queries, account reconciliations, credit requests, and cash payments
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Standard 10/Grade 12 qualification
- Tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) advantageous
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Sage Evolution
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
