Accounts Administrator Job Description

At Professional Resources Partners Pty Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Process Pro Forma Invoices and ensure timely payment
  • Manage invoicing of orders and assist in releasing orders once payment is received
  • Follow up on back orders and notify customers and management
  • Perform reception duties as required
  • Assist with stock take and inventory management
  • Manage Debtors/Creditors function, including daily allocations, statements, collections, age analysis, weekly projections, customer queries, account reconciliations, credit requests, and cash payments
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Standard 10/Grade 12 qualification
  • Tertiary qualification (Diploma/Degree) advantageous
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and Sage Evolution
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
