Marketing Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts and drive business growth. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies, plans, and campaigns to drive business growth and scale.
  • Service Provider Management: Manage and monitor service providers to ensure delivery of agreed outputs and drive continuous improvement.
  • Campaign Management: Identify and allocate service providers to deliver against campaign objectives, oversee campaign execution, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
  • Brand Management: Lead brand positioning and messaging, create and manage the brand messaging matrix, and drive brand consistency across the business and with service providers.
  • Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, drive ideation and collaboration, and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI.
  • Partnerships and Collaboration: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with agencies, vendors, and other third-party organizations, align with sales, product development, and customer service teams, and ensure cohesive and customer-centric marketing efforts.
  • Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing, and stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Experience: Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns and team leadership.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of current digital marketing techniques and best practices, excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, ability to think creatively and innovatively, strong leadership and team management skills, and proficient in marketing software and tools.
