Our client, a reputable insurance company, is seeking a skilled Business Development Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing leads, conducting needs analyses, preparing quotations, and converting quotations to sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in the insurance industry. The role will involve working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Key requirements include a matric certificate, RE 5, 120 credits as per FSCA requirements, own transport, and credit and criminal clearance.
