We are seeking a talented Strategic Partnership Manager to join Telebest. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing our partnership strategy and leading the Vendor or Horizontal Partnership function.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with Telebest's business objectives.
  • Partnership Management: Manage vendor or horizontal partnerships to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate projects to ensure successful execution and timely completion.
  • Governance and Risk Management: Manage compliance to partnership rules of engagement and contractual obligations.
  • Revenue, Budget, and Cost Management: Contribute to budget management and identify areas for cost savings.
  • People Leadership and Organisational Capability Building: Manage, coach, and mentor team members to develop their skills and abilities.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years tertiary degree.
  • Relevant certification with a professional body as required.
  • 8+ years' experience in an area of specialization coupled with supervising or managing others.
  • Sales and service development experience- essential.
  • An understanding of partner lifecycle management- essential.
  • Previously worked across diverse cultures and geographies would be advantageous.
