Job Summary

As a Relationship Manager at Nedbank, you will play a crucial role in delivering banking solutions to clients by understanding their business needs through relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver banking solutions that meet client needs through relationship management and business acumen.
  • Manage client relationships according to credit principles and risk parameters.
  • Improve results by tracking and analyzing financial reports against agreed measures.
  • Understand client business and needs through proactive client relationship management.
  • Build relationships with internal stakeholders through communication and networking.
  • Collaborate with third parties to deliver solutions to clients.
  • Complete tasks through planning and reviewing against set targets.
  • Manage resources to optimize value against client expectations.
  • Comply with risk standards, policies, and procedures through training and development.
  • Research and analyze information to propose solutions for work challenges.
  • Support the achievement of the business strategy, objectives, and values.
  • Identify training courses and career progression opportunities.
  • Ensure all personal development plan activities are completed within specified timeframes.
Essential Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate

Preferred Qualifications

Preferably completed a Degree in Business or Finance, FAIS Accreditation Regulatory Examination Level 1.

Minimum Experience Level

Must have 2-3 years in a relationship management or banking environment.
