Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Learning Solutions Expert to join our team at TFG Infotec.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development professional to drive digital learning initiatives and contribute to the company's growth strategy.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to design and develop effective digital learning solutions aligned with the company's goals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal subject matter experts to identify learning requirements and create engaging content.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for digital learning delivery.
  • Work closely with training vendors to ensure seamless execution of learning interventions.
  • Manage and coordinate learning activities, including face-to-face and online sessions.
  • Coach and mentor colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Maintain accurate records of learning data and produce regular reports to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized qualification in training and development (ETDP or Instructional Design).
  • At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in a digital environment.
  • Excellent project management and coordination skills.
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for storytelling and creating engaging learning experiences.
