Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team at Zecutive Consultants. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with our team to set up and maintain a useful client database, tracking customer interactions and sales progress
  • Assist in the creation and execution of new marketing initiatives, leveraging social media and content marketing to engage with our audience
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Track and report on sales performance and marketing efforts, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and success

Requirements:



  • Relevant marketing or sales degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales track record in a technical or engineering environment, with a focus on external sales and marketing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Experience with sales coordination and liaison at executive levels, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related industry, such as building services, infrastructure, power and energy, construction, technical, engineering consulting, or project management
  • Strong key account management and relationship building skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, with a valid driver's license and passport
