The Recruitment Council is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Business Growth Partner to join our team. This exciting opportunity will see you play a key role in building and maintaining strong partnerships with Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to promote tailored solutions, drive business growth, and meet sales targets.

  • Maintain continuous and consistent engagement with IFAs and their practices, understanding their needs and developing targeted solutions.\
  • Analyze and monitor activities to exceed sales targets, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.\
  • Demonstrate enthusiasm and passion for the solutions provided, encouraging IFAs to adopt digital tools and methods.\
  • Buildeep and meaningful relationships with IFAs, providing advice-led coaching and guidance.\
  • Position The Recruitment Council as a thought leader and primary source of information for IFAs, delivering accountability, innovation, excellence, and influence in business dealings.\
  • Cultivate The Recruitment Council as the business partner of choice for advice-led solutions, ensuring business retention and growth of IFAs' portfolios.\
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve and exceed minimum input and productive IFA targets, driving business growth and revenue.\
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote The Recruitment Council's brand and digital solutions to IFAs, enhancing their experience and driving engagement.\
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to IFAs, supporting their development and helping them achieve their goals.\\[/ul]\

About You

\

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Retail Business Growth Partner who can bring a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 3-year tertiary qualification or willingness to study towards a degree.\
  • 1-3 years of relevant sales and communication experience, preferably in the financial services industry.\
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with IFAs and colleagues.\
  • A proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a focus on exceeding targets and driving growth.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.\
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong working knowledge of CRM systems and other business software.\\[/ul]\
