This exciting opportunity exists for a Marketing Activations Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Octotel.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop Relationships: Build strong working relationships with ISP activation teams, local businesses, partners, and stakeholders to drive ongoing activations and promote our brand.
  • Lead the Promotions Team: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Promotions Agents and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Coordinate Activations: Ensure successful execution of promotions and activations across various areas, motivating the Promotions Team to achieve their best.
  • Support Operational Tasks: Assist in training new staff members, collect and package promotional materials, and undertake additional tasks as required, including attending networking events and conducting market research.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Offer top-notch support to customers through phone queries and other means, providing solutions and escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Manage Inventory: Collect promotional materials and transport marketing supplies to designated teams in planned areas, maintaining an organized and efficient inventory system.
  • Maintain Office Space: Ensure the marketing area remains tidy and well-stocked, with all materials readily available for use.
  • Create Marketing Materials: Prepare and distribute necessary marketing materials for new access builds each week, source quotes, and finalize production of branded items such as stationery, merchandise, flyers, and brochures.
  • Track Stock Levels: Monitor and record marketing stock levels, notify Marketing Coordinators of impending stock needs, and help manage inventory effectively.
  • Plan Events: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to organize events promoting our company brand, develop effective event plans, and execute them successfully.
  • Database Management: Contribute to creating, maintaining, and updating promotions and marketing databases as required.
  • Coordinate Special Events: Assist in setting up and managing marketing materials for special events, activations, and meetings from planning to cleanup, working closely with the marketing team.
  • Respond to Customer Queries: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and complaints, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Collect Market Data: Gather data from market research surveys in new areas, helping us understand our target audience better.
  • Develop New Strategies: Conduct research to find innovative ways to promote our brand and enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Weekend Work Required: On occasion, work on weekends to supervise and support the teams on duty for that week.
  • Document Activities: Capture activities through photographs for use on social media platforms.
