Customer Service Representative

The Role of Customer Service Agent at RTT is a vital position that requires effective time management and communication skills. This role ensures that all deliveries are monitored according to the customer's SLA, and reports are submitted in a timely manner with relevant feedback.
Responsibilities:- Consignments are monitored daily until current date.
- Liaise with National/Cross Border Branches to ensure all deliveries are achieved as per the SLA.
- Exceptions are reported on and actioned accordingly, and when necessary, logged on Case Management.
- Daily follow up on Problem Trips (outstanding PODs).
The Customer Service Agent plays a crucial role in communicating with Clients daily and logging deliveries not achieved within the Client SLA on Case Management. Keeping SLE Notes updated with Client requests/Action taken/Operational requirements is essential for accurate information and transparency.
Key Requirements:- Grade 12 – Matric
- Computer Literacy
- 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service
The ideal candidate will have geographical knowledge, Company distribution network, and Track Trace system expertise. They should possess effective communication, Build Client Rapport, Time Management, Analytical Ability, Initiative, Adaptability, and Multitasking skills.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum
