Job Title: Business Consultant Lead

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Consultant Lead to join our team at E2E Staffing (PTY) LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and overseeing the success of critical initiatives and business disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:Operational Standards
  • Develop and implement business plans that identify needs, goals, and opportunities to achieve business success.
  • Develop operational plans for achieving desired business outcomes and results.
  • Provide ongoing consulting to retailers and their employees to ensure success in their business areas.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with clients and other business partners.
Client Management
  • Ensure business plan KPIs are met and brand standards are maintained for retailers within the designated territory.
  • Plan and execute monthly call cycles and share monthly reports in advance.
  • Oversee retailers' compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and government requirements.
  • Conduct business advising site visits and calls to review, measure, report, and assist retailers in achieving agreed business plan targets.
  • Monitor monthly performance and agreed action plans to ensure targets are achieved.
Sales and Network Development
  • Compile a territory business plan annually in advance.
  • Oversee and facilitate site business plans for each service station in the designated area.
  • Identify new opportunities for business growth, including new commercial customers and new retail service stations.
  • Monitor and benchmark external trends, including competitors, regulations, industry trends, and new clients.
Competitor Reporting and Analysis
  • Understand competitors in the market to ensure relevance and competitiveness.
  • Develop and implement site and area-specific strategies to counter aggressive competitor activity.
  • Gather information and supporting documentation to assist with reporting.
Foreign Fuel
  • Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly fuel readings to ensure quick response to instances of foreign fuel.
  • Escalate repeat offenders to legal authorities.
Promotions, CSI, and Advertising
  • Compile an annual and monthly promotions plan in conjunction with retailers.
  • Ensure compliance with the plan.
  • Assist and support promotional activities for the area.
Compliance
  • Execute all inspections, checks, and audits as required by the company and the General Manager.
  • Ensure all inspections, audits, and checks are done with integrity and all gaps are reported in writing.
  • Prepare by-weekly operational reports for presentation to the GM.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role or within a fuel service station environment.
  • Must reside or relocate to the Northern Cape.
  • Must be able to travel to the Northern Cape on a regular basis.
  • Strong retail fuel industry experience.
  • Strong communication and administrative skills.
  • Ability to think and act strategically in the best interests of the company.
  • Proficient in English and Afrikaans.
  • South African citizen.
