**Job Title:** Business Operations Coordinator

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Business Solutions SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate all administrative tasks, including scheduling, correspondence, and report generation.
  • Provide exceptional support to our operations team, handling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure the maintenance of accurate records, including attendance registers, leave schedules, and fixed asset registers.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including venue booking and logistics.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks, such as typing contracts and disciplinary letters, and updating HR files.
  • Monitor and manage sales consultant leads, providing regular feedback and updates.
  • Ensure the storeroom is organized and easily accessible, and that all equipment is properly maintained and inventoried.
  • Support the digital marketing efforts of our company, including the creation and dissemination of marketing materials.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business administration or related field preferred.
