Operations Secretary Job Description

Telebest is seeking an experienced Operations Secretary to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Operational Teams' daily, weekly, and monthly diaries.
  • Execute Personal Assistant duties for the Directors of the business.
  • Implement logistics management, time management, and deadline-driven approaches.
  • Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups on deadlines.
  • Coordinate travel, logistics, and deliveries for the Operations Team.
  • Manage invoicing and quotations from suppliers and third parties.
  • Arrange accommodation and travel for the Operations Team.
  • Ensure compliance with legal issues, insurance requirements, and governance.
  • Handle all calls coming in through the Switchboard.

Requirements:

  • Matriculation certificate.
  • Administration qualification is advantageous.
  • 5-10+ years' experience as a secretary for executive-level management.
  • Above-average communication, administration, and computer literacy skills.
  • Own reliable vehicle.
  • Retail background or back-office administration experience is advantageous.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferable.
