Job Title: Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Network Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee office operations, supplies, and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and appointments to minimize conflicts and maximize productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records and files to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Assist with financial tasks, such as invoicing and petty cash management.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Coordinate with IT support to resolve technical issues and ensure seamless communication.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee records to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Requirements:
  • Completed diploma in accounting or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Automotive experience is an advantage.
