As a Business Operations Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes overseeing office supplies and equipment, handling phone calls and emails, and managing calendars and meetings. The Business Operations Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files, serving as a point of contact for clients and employees, and drafting reports and presentations. We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with a completed Diploma in Accounting and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
