At Rad Resources, we're seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for driving growth in the online sports betting space through data-driven insights and innovative digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze online consumer behavior and trends to uncover key insights that inform our marketing strategies.
  • Multi-Channel Initiatives: Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote our services and drive customer acquisition and retention.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Collaborate with our marketing and management teams to plan and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that boost our online presence and revenue.
  • Manage Digital Channels: Oversee all digital platforms, including websites, apps, social media, and paid media, to ensure brand consistency and optimized user experience.
  • Trend Research and Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our digital marketing is innovative and competitive within the sports betting industry.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns to elevate brand awareness, drive sales, and improve competitive positioning.
  • Sponsorship and Paid Media: Coordinate and manage key sponsorship events and paid media campaigns to enhance visibility and business growth.
  • SEO/SEM & Digital Ads: Oversee SEO, SEM, email, push, and mobile display advertising campaigns to maximize online visibility and lead generation.
  • Performance Tracking: Benchmark and track the performance of digital campaigns, providing recommendations to improve future marketing decisions and ROI.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead and develop a digital marketing team, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, media agencies, and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Grade 12 (if having relevant experience in the online gaming environment)
  • 3 Year Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field is preferred
  • GAIQ certification (Google Analytics Certification)
