Internal Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join our team at Time Personnel. As an Internal Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales orders, and ensuring timely delivery of goods to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Process sales orders, including capturing customer information and preparing invoices
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to clients, including managing production orders and import orders
- Follow up with customers on progress and resolve any issues that may arise
- Process payments received for quotes and manage cash sales
- Matric (or equivalent qualification)
- Bilingual in English and Afrikaans
- Minimum 3 years experience in customer service / internal sales
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience working on ERP systems
- Basic knowledge of export processes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong analytical ability and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
