About the Role

We are looking for an Internal Key Accounts Manager to join our team at Prostaff Holdings. This is a critical role that requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Work closely with external sales teams and senior management to ensure alignment and optimal results.
  • Provide product information and quotes to prospective customers, ensuring accurate and timely responses.
  • Process orders efficiently, utilizing our ERP system to ensure accurate and timely delivery and collection of products.
  • Monitor stock levels, assisting with quotes and monthly pricing to meet customer needs.
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding order status, stock availability, and pricing.
  • Solve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, including account queries.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum matric is essential.
  • Previous experience in internal sales or customer services, dealing with customers daily, is required.
  • Experience in the chemical distribution industry, distributing products to manufacturers, is preferred but not essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills at all levels are mandatory.
  • Sales and service orientation, along with good planning and execution skills, are essential.
  • Previous experience with SAP is preferred but not essential.
  • Good Microsoft Office and Excel skills are required.
Salary Package

A highly negotiable salary package, including benefits, dependent on experience gained.
