  • High resilience, resourcefulness, and deadline-driven focus, with accountability for personal development and performance.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics, or related fields, with comfort working with financials and various systems.
  • Superior client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and meeting client needs.
  • Familiarity with technology and processes, with a fast-learning approach and adaptability.
  • Achieving and exceeding performance targets, driving acquisition and cross-sell initiatives, and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for negative client experiences.
