Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and clients across sectors.
- A learning mindset, high energy levels, and the capacity to work under pressure and independently.
- High resilience, resourcefulness, and deadline-driven focus, with accountability for personal development and performance.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, economics, or related fields, with comfort working with financials and various systems.
- Superior client relationship management skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences and meeting client needs.
- Familiarity with technology and processes, with a fast-learning approach and adaptability.
- Achieving and exceeding performance targets, driving acquisition and cross-sell initiatives, and maintaining a zero-tolerance policy for negative client experiences.
- Compliance with relevant control and quality standards, with a commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
